Refund Eligibility
- Applies to Reseller Web Hosting plans only.
- Refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Only available to first-time customers (one-time refund).
Non-Refundable Services
- Domain name registrations and renewals
- SSL certificates
- VPS and Dedicated Servers
- Third-party tools (CodeGuard, SiteLock, etc.)
How to Request a Refund
- Cancel your service via the ClubHoster client dashboard.
- Contact customer support and provide your order details.
- State a valid reason for the refund within the eligible period.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Amount will be returned to the original payment method.
