We do not sell personal information. We use customer data to provide hosting, domains, billing and support; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, ordering a service, contacting support, or making a payment. This may include your name, organization, postal address, email, telephone number, account credentials, billing details, domain registrant information, support messages and service configuration.
Our systems may record IP address, browser and device details, login activity, requested pages, timestamps, referring URLs, security events, server usage and actions performed in your account.
Payments are processed by the selected payment provider. ClubHoster receives transaction status, amount, currency and a payment reference; full card details are not intended to be stored on our servers.
2. How we use information
- Create and secure accounts and verify access.
- Provision, operate, renew and support hosting, domains, SSL and servers.
- Generate invoices, process payments, refunds and account credit.
- Send service, billing, security and support communications.
- Detect fraud, spam, malware, unauthorized access and Terms violations.
- Improve reliability and customer experience, and comply with applicable law.
5. Security and retention
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, including encrypted connections, access controls, logging and monitoring. No online system is completely secure; customers must protect passwords and promptly report suspicious activity.
Information is retained while accounts or services are active and afterward where reasonably required for billing, backups, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. It is deleted or anonymized when no longer reasonably required.
6. Your choices and requests
You can update much of your profile in the customer portal. You may ask us to access, correct or delete eligible personal information, or object to non-essential marketing. Some records must be retained for active services, domain ownership, finance, security or legal compliance.
Submit a request from your verified account email or through a support ticket. Additional verification may be required.
7. Children
Our services are intended for adults and organizations able to enter a binding contract. We do not knowingly offer accounts directly to children.
8. Policy changes
We may update this policy as services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain on this page; material changes may also be communicated through the site, portal or account email.
